This was the first picture I took this morning.



i went for a walk






and then while I was trying to get a picture of this



the golden land shark tracked me down




and then after a few minutes of tummy rubs and a few tossed apples it was time to eat one.


which left my hands free to go back to picture taking




and when I say you are as fine as the frost on the leaves of an asparagus bush in the morning
that means pretty damn fine


the frost killed the milkweeds


but the raspberry bushes appear unscathed


and then it was time to head in and start the actual farming day
