ever had a "hot pixel" on your sensor?

check out half way down on the right side.
that red dot shouldn't be there.
and now i'm seeing it in a bunch more of my shots.

your camera may have a setting that you can enable for long exporsures which takes the shot, pops the mirror back down, then takes a blank shot, then fixes the image according to any hot pixels. I am pretty sure you can force this to be used for every exposure length
